When it comes to building a social selling business, building relationships and having conversations is absolutely critical. You may find yourself thinking “What do I say?” “what are the magic words?” “I don’t know where to begin.”
It seems that the moment a network marketer gets in front of a screen, we instantly forget that we are humans. We become robotic and turn to scripts or AI to figure it out for us. Today Julie and Tiffany want to show you how to turn that robotic tendency off and be who God created you to be - a human.

How to Rebound from Failure in Business

As a social seller, we learn how to dream again. We set goals and often very big and lofty goals. If you are to ever stretch and achieve a goal, then you will certainly stretch and miss some goals along the way. 
 
Failure is a part of life. It can break you but failure can also build you up, if handled correctly. Today, Tiffany is sharing with you how to rebound from failure.

We are entering the time of year when many people are considering extra streams of income to pay for Christmas gifts. Which means you may be thinking more about recruiting and sharing the business opportunity.  I’m sure you’re tuning in today because you want to know the secrets on how to build a team. You even might be thinking -> “I hope they give me some good scripts” “I bet they know the magic words to have people come to them” “I want to recruit without having to recruit”
Well we are going to be honest with you, we are not magical unicorns that have the secret sauce to recruit thousands of people because of one simple thing. There’s no magic script, there’s no magical words, BUT there is a way to recruit without recruiting. Today we are going to be sharing with you 3 different ways that you can recruit without recruiting. Let’s get to it!

Back to School Series Part 3 - Don’t Skip Class - Show Up in Your Business

Who remembers the feeling of complete and absolute freedom you experienced Freshman year in college? YOU decide when you wake up, YOU decide when if and what you eat each day, YOU decide if you attend class, YOU decide if you do you your homework assignments and how long to study each night. Basically YOU are in the drivers seat of every single aspect of our life.
For many of us, for the first time in our lives, we are fully and completely autonomous. Typically its very thrilling to begin with, until that first exam score comes back (yikes), or the bad eating habits result in packing on the freshman 15. Suddenly all the wisdom our parents have pumped into us for the previous 18 years come flooding back. You're faced with a decision to do the thing that benefits you in the moment or take the actions that you know will serve you in the long run. Honestly some college students never get the hang of this self governing thing. 
Entrepreneurship can be very similar. Everyone loves to claim the flexible lifestyle of entrepreneurship but not everyone embraces the self discipline required to DO the work consistently, the self discipline to SHOW UP on the hard days. 
In Part 3 of the Back to School Series Tiffany and Julie discuss the importance of "not skipping class". In other words Show Up in your business.
