Building a Sustainable Business Pt 1 - Systems

We are dedicating these next several episodes to Building a Sustainable Business.

 

Tiffany and I are both moms that place a huge emphasis on our families and it is critical that we are enjoying working our businesses and not operating in a burned out manner. 

Working to burnout leaves you joyless, resentful and unfulfilled and very often the next step is quitting your business altogether. We do NOT want that for you! 

Today's episode we are sharing how implementing systems in your business is the foundation to a sustainable business long term. 

Your action item for the week is to intentionally identify and lean into a current system you have! Acknowledge it as a system no matter how simple it is and be intentional to worn that system this week!
