10 Tips to Have a Positive Recruiting Mindset

When it comes to direct sales, you think its all about sales right? Its about getting a product into the hands of your audience. But there’s more to it. If you’re just starting out or if you’ve been in the direct sales world for awhile, you know its more than sales. It all roots itself in conversations and building relationships. These relationships lead to sales and they can also lead to recruiting. 

 

Recruiting is an essential part of direct sales. You don’t need a team to be successful, but you can become more successful and help more people by recruiting. Remember this business isn’t all about you. Direct sales is about service and helping others solve a problem. You have found that solution. Recruiting shouldn’t be any different. And that’s where today’s episode kicks off. We are going to dive into what it means to have a recruiting mindset and how that can drastically change your business. 

 

On today's episode, we give your our ten tips to help you maintain a positive mindset when it comes to recruiting and having those conversations.

 

Action Item - Let's identity what we know we're good at and what we know we can work on! Pick one that you know you’re a rockstar at and give yourself a pat on the back. Now identify one of the tips where you struggle. Take that and work on it this next week to improve your mindset. Maybe its learning more, maybe it’s belief, whatever it may be identify and write down 1-2 action items that can help you improve.
